By the same token, it always helps if you can find a city that has a lot of community-based events that center around businesses in your area. This allows you to gain extra customers by participating in these events.

Rent is simply higher in some places than it is in others. You also have to consider the fact that you will be paying for business insurance and utilities, along with your inventory.
